They messed up my eyebrow while waxing it and tried to make it seem like I asked for it even though I asked for the extras hairs on top of my eyebrow to be wax off. The lady ended up giving me a huge arched at the beginning of my left eyebrow so now I look silly. I asked the customers if my left eyebrow was messed up and not one person said no. Went there on a Friday to get a pedicure. The women who did my toes jabbed my big toe 3x with a cuticle clipper while trying to remove an ingrown nail that i did not have. I was bleeding so much and she continued to paint my toes as i was bleeding. And then tried to glue the puncture wound. 3 days later i now have an infection on my toe. I dont think the properly sanitize their equipment between uses. Should have ran out of there when i saw her take hers out from a pencil box. I wouldn’t go here again if it was the last nail place around! Was on time for my appointment i had made with the owner, David. I was taken to his chair where I proceeded to wait a half hour for anyone to come and help me. He had started my gel fill in and everything seemed ok until it was time to file and shape my nails. He seemed extremely agitated that my hands were too stiff and asked me several times to loosen my hands and “stop making him work so hard” i felt absolutely horrible giving this man service !
