I ‘built’ a mower on Toro online w/options. Your dealer gets notified from Toro of your mower/what is to be installed. Toro ships it & ‘options’ to the dealer. Shipments are always separate. The dealer is to call you & deliver AFTER they install. "Andy’s mow town” in Blair, NE calls me & specifically says: “I have your mower put together & ready to deliver”.
