Horrible experience!!! I dropped off my motorcycle at 10am like he told me to do using a tow truck. I did not get a call at any point in the day about the status of completion on my motorcycle. When I called him 10 mins before closing at 5pm he got pissed at me because I told him that I thought it would be done that same day. The guy got so pissed off with me that he told me to come pick up my motorcycle and he was not going to work on it. Mind you, it does not run. A charming little hole in the wall motorcycle parts/repair shop kind of oasis (ironically, located off Sand Island). Decent inventory & vendor catalogs, reasonable prices for parts & labor. Competent, friendly, easy to work with staff, with good follow up & communication. It's a mom & pops kind of shop that gives value & honesty to the words, "if can, can". They're not a corporate joint, they're small but valuable part of the motorcycle community, and we need more of these shops around. Support local, aloha got soul.
Best customer service. I always feel welcome here and they will find the way to fit your schedule, well that's how I felt every time I go there. Most importantly, I trust Andy with my bike. I know it's safe to ride after get any work done here...
Andy is the salt of the earth and a great friend. I really miss our ability to talk story on a regular basis!! The only place I have found that your bike is worked on and treated with the respect of a personal machine.
Great service! Andy was able to take me in last minute when my front tire had a nail in it. Patched up and back on the road in no time!
