Purchased an additional key online for my 07 Camry and brought it in to get cut and programmed. The guy who helped me explained the risks of online keys but said everything looks fine with what I bought and went ahead and did it for me. Took about 10 minutes for everything and I was on my way. Glad they could help me out.
Was having to spend about 10 mins to get my key working on my car. Thought I would need to replace the ignition on my car, Brought it to Andy's and they told me it was probably just my key, About 5 mins later they had made me what they call a factory cut key and it worked perfect. Didn't cost anything near what I thought I would have to pay. I had called around a few places that told me it would be over a $100 for a new ignition. Very rude employee's,using profanity and yelling at me. Told me to call and take it up with the manager. Throwing business card at me.. Called management he didn't seem to care about how his employee acted out. If you want the right keys that you ordered don't go to ANDYS LOCK &KEY.

Bad service very bad experience they don't apologize for screwing up your keys .
