Used this group for about a year. Cut yard ok, but with the invoice in late 2017 our check included a note indicating we needed to drop to 2X cut per month. It was disregarded, no reply, but check cashed. Next 2 months, same thing, disregarded our request with the check, no comment, but cashed checks. Last payment included a note that we have been disregarded for 4 months now, so we have started looking. No comment, no reply, and they never showed up again.
