Kevin is excellent to work with and extremely trustworthy. He answers all questions honestly and to the full extent of his knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and highly recommend anyone give him a call if you have any HVAC issues. We had him come out to replace our AC unit and I'll be sure to keep using their services. He is a one man shop so he might be busy sometimes.
Our AC went out on a 90 degree day with a newborn at home. Andy’s was to our house within 10 mins of the call. The fix wasn’t easy to find and I could see the $$$$ going up and up in my head. After a lot of hard work we get the invoice and…wow, more than reasonable for labor AND PARTS. So thankful to have someone we trust to call.
Kevin is the BEST! He has been our go to for 10 or more years and we will be with him until he retires. He is knowledgeable, friendly, quick, reasonably priced, and honest - he isn't going to try to get you to pay for more than you need. I don't write reviews very often, but people need to know that Andy's Heating & Cooling ROCKS!
Kevin is amazing! Even on New Year’s Eve he came immediately to troubleshoot the issue with our furnace and got it up and running in minutes. I would not trust anyone else with our furnace!
Absolutely reliable, clear communicator, great problem-solver and excellent prices. Kevin does our annual furnace check and despite it being 20 years old, gets it going in great shape. He never recommends something if not needed and is honest that the older stuff is better made. recently had a bit of a crisis with an overflowing water pump, but he was able to problem solve it quickly. And was very clear about communicating when he could come. He is the best.
