Got a great deal on our new dryer even though the first one we picked didn't fit in the small space,went and picked a different one with a $50.00 difference credited back on our card.
Excellent, quality products and exceptional customer service. Over the past few years we’ve bought beds and a kitchen table. The staff doesn’t seem to have a lot of turnover which I also take as a positive. Andy’s will always be our go-to.
I spent nearly $10K to furnish a new residence. I paid for assembly/installation. The movers broke one of the couches moving it into the home and they broke the (expensive!) bed frame by cracking the frame during the assembly process. Things happen I wasn't that upset until the owner called me and said "I heard you have a small problem" (emphasis on the 'small'. Disrespectful.). I was so put off by this.
