$14 for 2 ice cream treats, service was bad, they missed several toppings on my wife's ice cream and handed us food that had already been mistakenly given to another customer. After addresing these concerns with corporate about my disappointing first visit they offered to make things right and as opposed to a refund they rather opted to send me coupons, I'm less than thrilled of what I received(small w one topping coupon) when what we had an issue with was a full size premium ice cream. This was delicious! The waffle cone and vanilla ice cream were just amazing! Friendly staff. Watched them acknowledge and take ownership of a mistake made. Love to see that.
