gave me vanilla instead of chocolate custard. i was very sad and wanted chocolate custard to bring up my spirits after my dog died. i guess not
A small group and I ordered and sat for almost 30 minutes waiting for our ice cream while the whole crew cleaned and at LEAST 8 cars went through the drive thru. It’s not like we went close to closing time either, they didn’t close for over an hour and a half after we placed our orders. It’s the way we ordered, waited 30 minutes, had to go back up to them to remind them that they took our order while they got every single new car that came through the drive thru. Then literally admitted out loud they forgot to make any of our orders to our face. For 30 minutes. Actually crazy. Literally watched us out the window. Just watched us.
