I really wanted this to be one of my favorite ice cream shops but the customer service here SUCKS! Ana is the worst when it comes to returning your call or emails. She doesn't know how to be a manager. How can you put up a front and say you want a customer's experience to be better and you dont even do your part? Unprofessional and ignorant! Learn how to serve customer's clean food- without black stuff on it!

I love Andy’s, their custard is amazing. I’ve been to a lot of Andy’s locations. I don’t know what they do here, it is sooooo slow. I mean it’s a 30 min wait minimum every time I go. This place is slower than photosynthesis. I gave them grace for a couple months because it was new, but not even the amazing Andy’s custard can save this location. Make sure you don’t have any plans for the rest of the night if you come here.
