I visited on 6/28/2026 at around 10:50 (they close at 11:30 on Sunday's) and the caucasian high school aged boy running the drive-through was extremely disrespectful and mocked me while taking my order. He paused taking my order several times and began “whooping” with his family in the parking lot. At least wait until your customers leave, if you want to go play with family members.
Andy’s Frozen Custard never disappoints, but what made this visit exceptional was the outstanding service from Jay. They were incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, answering questions with patience and a smile. Their positive attitude and attention to customer service made our visit memorable. Andy’s has great custard, but employees like Jay are what keep customers coming back. Highly recommend!
This place needs more entrances; the current setup is inconvenient.
