I love Andy's.
Very miss not a hit at this location. Tried twice in the last month and both times not a great experience. First, grabbed an apple pie custard and had no apples all crust plus the not great mix very top heavy. Second time grabbing another apple pie custard and handed the person $20 and he said they did not have the change. I left my cards at home so I had to leave. Probably will not go to this location again.
Communication among the staff here is terrible. I specifically came for a brownie sundae, and the young man outside told me they didn’t have any brownies. I ordered something different, but had a feeling to double-check at the window because I really wanted the brownie sundae. (We live in another state so this is always my favorite sweet treat when we visit) When I got to the window, the man there told me, “We do have brownies. I don’t know why he told you that.
