We have been customers of Andy’s Frozen Custard for about three years, and we have always loved the flavor, quality, and especially the friendly and welcoming employees. Unfortunately, this time our experience was very disappointing. We ordered a Vanilla Oreo, but it had much more vanilla than Oreo. We politely asked if they could please add a little more Oreo, as we normally enjoy it, and we were told from the manager that we would have to pay an additional $1.50.
