I have been coming to this location for years, and tonight I was so disgusted with the trash level customer service I received from the girl at the drive thru at 9:44pm. She did not say one word when I pulled up to the window. She just snatched my card out of my hand. I told her my Check In code since she did not bother to ask so I could get my points. Always good service, and custard is great
Pitiful customer service. I find it hard to believe that scooping ice cream is a difficult tasks to accomplish. The young lady at the window kept rolling her eyes on a simple order that I made. Hot fudge sundae, hot fudge on the side and a cup of chocolate ice cream with Oreo topping. That's it.. is that really hard? They even forgot the hot fudge and at that point I just said "don't worry about it" and drove off. Absolutely pathetic display of customer service.
