I went to this Andy’s with a few friends, and we were all just out that night trying to have a good time. I’ve genuinely never had a worse experience at an ice cream place in my life. A group of us went in just trying to hang out and get some ice cream, nothing crazy. After a bit, one of my friends asked for a simple cup of water. We were told it would cost 38 cents. Not a big deal normally, but he didn’t have any money on him.
