Must’ve hired new staff because my usual was disgusting. They forgot pretty much everything that usually goes on it. The brownie was disgustingly different, not warm (it’s never hard and cold like it was today?), there was absolutely no hot fudge, and they forgot things. Please don’t let this keep happening, I was severely disappointed and upset.

Was in the line for the drive thru at 10:52 pm. One person was in front of us. They close at 11 and I can’t help that the person in front of us took their sweet time then we get to the window at 11pm and the younger lady says WERE CLOSED. Terrible service. If we are already in line that should be honored.
