The strawberry shortcake sundae is to die for.
Every time I come here, they have young kids working who don’t pay attention to what you order. Two times I’ve come here and paid extra for the extra piece of shortcake in my strawberry shortcake concrete, and they never put the extra piece. I had to legit ask the girl why didn’t it look like extra and she said “oh we forgot to put it in there”. What?? So if I drove off, I would have just paid for extra without getting it? I won’t be back!
Super sad to be writing this review. My family and I love Andy’s and we always look forward to this treat. Not sure if it’s the location, but the last three times we got Andy’s it has been like soup once we got it. It’s no longer frozen custard anymore. Not sure what is happening but after reading the reviews and seeing this has been an ongoing issue now for at least 8months I don’t think management is taking this seriously or they may not know how to fix this continuous issue.
