Very sad caramel portion when I paid for extra. Unfortunately, Andy’s has gone down hill the last few years. They no longer fill the cups to the top, but rather about 80% full, and the toppings have become stingy. I put an inquiry in with their management team as I used to really enjoy Andy’s but the last few times have been bad experiences. To my surprise no one reached out to reassure me Andy’s is still the same place I knew and loved.
My husband and I go to Andy’s more than we would like to admit and have never had a problem. But on 8/8/25, he got the usual (a large double double malt) and it tasted “off”. He asked me to try it thinking maybe it was just a him thing. I did and it’s hard to explain but almost tasted like burned plastic (?). I tried my order, a waffle cone with vanilla custard and it was delicious! So he went up and asked for a new one. They were accommodating and made him a new one but the second one tasted the exact same! I’m only writing... read more

Omg the cherry limeade is absolutely amazing friend got one I tried it now I have to go back up and reorder and get one for myself!
