This Andy’s location used to be our family’s favorite place — my kids always looked forward to coming here. But this last visit was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I ordered my usual Oreo concrete, but it had almost no Oreos. A young girl served me at first and was polite when I mentioned it. She went inside to ask her manager, and he angrily threw away the entire cup and made a new one — but again with even fewer Oreos than before. First time having frozen custard and it's good, but nothing special. Service was quick and there are a few benches for you to sit on outside, but absolutely zero shade which sucks especially on hot summer days. The frozen custard is expensive, melts fast, and whenever we order, they seem to skimp out on toppings. Spent $6 on a tiny kids sundae which turned into a milkshake in a minute. Wouldn't recommend.
I Ate The Ice Cream Vaniila It Was Good Plane
Get the Chi-town Razz concrete. Vanilla frozen custard, chocolate shell, raspberries in raspberry sauce. The best!
