I just received amazing service at the Oswego Andy’s frozen custard. I placed an order for a small and a medium vanilla custard with chocolate fudge in realized A mistake in the order. So I took it back and the lady at the window was amazing and offered me a quick and easy remake and apologized for the mistake. She’s was a prime example of what great customer service looks like by not just noticing the problem but offering a solution.
This is by far my favorite desert shop, great service with real ice cream and always fresh ingredients. The shop reminds me of a classic old school blast from the past desert shop.
Visited earlier tonight I got my 3 medium concretes with extra extra toppings and I wish I had remembered to have gotten the girls name whom came outside and took my order she was beyond helpful in explaining the point system to me and so friendly I appreciate her a lot and the young man at the window was so patient with me this was a very delightful experience and such a great vibe thank you guys :) 10 stars
