Consistently inconsistent. They routinely get my drive thru order wrong. Makes no sense as what's given to me isn't even close to the order. Love the custards when they get it right. Follow-up: 3 months later and still the same poor performance. Really!? Is it that hard to pay attention to what the customer orders and give them what they pay for? Ordered 4 things for my family (no other customers at the location when I was ordering). After leaving, noticed that one of the orders was entirely wrong and the mediums had less ice cream than the smalls. Returned to fix the wrong order (figured getting the mediums to be actually mediums was a lost cause), only to be talked down to and given a medium with even LESS ice cream than before. Genuinely don’t know how they get away with charging what they do, no size is worth it other than the smalls and they get orders entirely ... read more
