This was my 1st time trying Andy’s & I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered a Concrete made with chocolate soft serve add bananas & strawberries. I asked the server if it was like a Blizzard from Dairy Queen, and she said yes. Absolutely not the case. This looks like a cup of melted mess with strawberries. Waste of $7. I should’ve asked for a refund. The staff was friendly which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.
They are supposed to specialize in mix-in… yet… they can never mix the toppings in. It’s always one clump at the top or bottom. Surely we aren’t so lazy that we can’t spend 5 more seconds holding the cup under the mixer..
We visited Andy's Frozen Custard for a dessert trip after we had dinner at a nearby restaurant. I am continually impressed with the friendliness and helpful service attitude there. Their custard and toppings make a delicious combination. Went tonight and was served quickly and correctly for 7 items. Ordered quickly, paid quickly, and received our order quickly. We are happy!
