In the last week, my daughter and I have visited Andy’s in Valrico two times. Both times, Patrick has helped us. I wanted to leave a review about Patrick. He is a nice young man with a pleasant personality. He has been very professional each time we’ve been there. Many thanks for providing great customer service.
RUDE. High pressure sales! They will not let you even have a minute to look at the menu. That's probably because it's so overpriced that they don't want you having a moment to think about your order. The ice cream was good, but $17 for 2 people is criminal. And your staff is wearing all white covered in ice cream and odd colored splatters that make this look like an episode of Dexter. Also, why no lids at the drive thru? What is this? You're going to overcharge and also provide poor packaging? Pathetic.
