Totally dissatisfied this time. I always come to Andy’s for me and my kids. Went to get my kid haircut, right away as soon as we entered we were told that when I called to book appointment we didn’t specified it was long hairs where I did specifically said hair was above hips so obviously it is long hair! Also, one suggestion to your employees if you think that it will take long time on someone’s hair and schedule doesn’t match then better don’t take the risk of scheduling appointment. I had a great experience at Andy's Hair and Co., the staff was very welcoming and the salon had a genuinely friendly atmosphere. Amanda, was excellent, she was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the appointment fly by. She gave me an awesome haircut that I'm really happy with, and her customer service was great. She was very accommodating, which I really appreciated. I left feeling great and will definitely be back.
I recently had my hair done here—foils, colour, and a small trim. I was booked from noon and didn’t leave until almost 5:45pm. The final cost was $506, which I was really shocked by. I went back to ask for a price breakdown and still feel like that’s an incredibly high price for the services I received. Also, at the beginning of my appointment, there was an issue with another client having lice, and the entire staff left me alone in the salon for some time while they handled it. Very good cut!! My haircut was layered and it helped frame my face so much, and I got so many compliments from it. It was also the first time I actually liked a haircut, lol
