HK Marine in bishopville completely ruined my engines on my boat. Thanks for fixing all their mistakes for half the cost. Hk marine does NOT have a marine repair license, or insurance. Ask how I know. Go to a real repairman like Andy, don't go to budget places like HK and get screwed over by amateurs like hunker kiefer
Andy has worked on my boat since we bought it. He'll haul it and store it. Excellent mechanic who won't rip you off. I'd give him more stars if I could.
Andy and Liberty worked on my I/O at the beginning of June this past year. The boat ran great all summer long. My experience with them was excellent. Wonderful customer service and very trustworthy.
To make a very long story short, I bought a 2004 I/O 5 years ago with 60 hrs running time. Since then, I trusted Lingo Marine with keeping it in good running order. With annual charges between $1500 and $2000, I assumed they were carefully maintaining it. I was wrong! Last year, I had a catastrophic failure, which was apparently caused by the lack of regular maintenance of the lower unit of the stern drive.
