Placed an order for bbk headers for a mustang and got no confirmation email at all. No answer to my refund request. No answer to phone calls. This place has terrible service. Probably should’ve read these reviews first before even using their site. The order doesn’t even show up on my account on their website. If I don’t get my money or my items I’ll be disputing this problem. If your going to run a business you should have integrity and do right by your customers.
Horrible customer service and no working phone line would not recommend, order parts a week ago and never got a confirmation number, emailed several times and slow to reply and parts never shipped. Asked to cancel order and a refund and told a check was mailed to me, I’ll change my rating if it arrives
SCAM website, dont answer emails, no phone numbers to call.
Wasn't told the item I ordered was gonna be on back stock...was told my item would arrive in around 4-5 weeks, it's now been 6 weeks and no word or item at all...will never order anything from these ppl again!!
