I gave him $300 at the beginning of March to order a part for my car. He said he would have it within 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks and called him, he said he had the part was just busy, would call me the following week. No call. I called him, his voicemail is full.

I wouldn’t give any stars at all but it’s the only way to tell everyone how shitty they are! Long story short my husbands truck needed some work done. Andy told him if we have a certain amount of cash up front he would have the part ordered and the truck fixed in a week. MONTHS later we get his truck back and not even a week later the same issue occurred. He has had this truck not 3 but 4 times now and it’s STILL not fixed! We have paid over $3000!
