I’ve been to this shop multiple times in the past for vehicle programming and other services without issue. However, my experience today was incredibly disappointing and has completely changed my view of this business. I brought my car in to have an instrument cluster and headlight programmed. I specifically informed the technician ahead of time that the headlight was used and having issues and likely needed to be programmed. He agreed to program it and quoted me $350.
