went to have overheat issue checked.didnt look at till, next afternoon after I called and said I'd come get it and fix elseware.got there hood open,told em to replace thermostat.he call later and said radiator bad.said,380 for radiator plus two hours labor.when done bill 860 bucks..radiator cost 240.from Levine's.and they cut the shroud around cap . filler cause it wasn't right size.said didn't look at Monday cause it was raining.didnt rain a drop cause I walked home from there,sunny and 55.not happy ,maybe if I was a man ..... read more
Do you always rip people off and send them off with dangerous cars? Example car went in with 4 lug nuts and came out with 3 your shop broke one off???? I used to think you were an honest shop however after witnessing your latest shoddy work and lack of honesty and integrity I will be encouraging my friend from out of town to file a complaint against you with the better business bureau and report you to aaa so you loose your towing rights! I am embarrassed to have your business in this town!

It appears as though as Andy's is attempting to drum up business. Just watched one of their tow trucks start to merge without signaling, then turn it on and basically swerve into the left lane, cutting off the Lincoln Aviator in front of me forcing them to slam on their brakes.
