Buying a home listed by Andy Yau was one of the worst experiences of my life. He was unethical and unprofessional, allowing his client to manipulate the sale by constantly contacting us and making false assurances and promises throughout the process. If you are thinking about buying a home he is listing, I would strongly consider looking elsewhere.
