We bought our house in Lee County back in 2019. It was our first home buy and Andy was more than awesome! He worked with us every step of the way and answered any question we possibly had. Andy did an amazing job! This is the 2nd closing he has done for me. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The same day he listed it, I received an amazing offer and happily accepted! Andy is the only realtor I would trust with something this important. And just FYI the 1st home he sold for me went through 3 different realtors and Andy was the only one who got it sold! For a good price too. Give Andy a try because it will be the best decision you can make!

I can’t say enough great things about Andy Wood at Virtual Realty Team to even come close to a measurable amount of appreciation we have for this man. Andy has been our long term realtor, our “shark”, but more importantly our friend. Man, we are gonna miss this guy so much since we have moved out of state! I would HIGHLY recommend Andy Wood if you’re looking to sale or purchase your home! He went above and beyond our expectations.
