Andy did a great job for us after spinning our wheels trying to use a discount brokerage that's heavily advertised on multiple media outlets. Talked to Andy several times over the course of of at least six months about the sale of the former family home. We were impressed with his knowledge of the market and his lack of a over the top unrealistic expectations. He was honest and factual. Unfortunately, we decided to try a discount internet based brokerage that was long on talk and short on results. After two months of no results, we went with Andy.
