Had a recall and service advisors were very helpful and communication was great during process. Even pulled truck under cover when picked up during rain.
The Service team is phenomenal. Bobbi Jones is our Service Advisor and she always does an outstanding job of getting us scheduled and keeping us informed on status as well as any issues the mechanic may discover. Tony Walls always manages to make an effort to walk over and say hello while I'm waiting for service to be completed. Everyone does an excellent job with customer service. KUDOS to the entire team.

Hello, I’m writing to report a very concerning interaction that occurred on Sunday, May 3rd, involving a man who identified himself as an employee of Andy Shaw Ford. He was attempting to make a purchase using a company account, but became extremely upset when the staff explained they could not process the transaction because his name did not match the account.
