After experiencing many rushed, busy nail salon environments in Jacksonville, I walked into a very calm and welcoming atmosphere here at Andy’s Nails. The salon is ran by a mother and daughter duo, both incredibly kind! The mother ( sorry for not getting your name ) took her time with my pedicure and made sure I was happy throughout the process. This place provides okay services, but their color selection and design capabilities are limited. My biggest issue, however, is, their customer service. I visited the salon today and politely asked how long the wait would be for a pedicure, and the flat response I received was “long time, sorry.” The wait time (had I actually been given one) honestly would not have been an issue as I was in a rush, but the dismissive tone of the woman’s response was rude and unnecessary. Came in and received the best paint job on my toes I've ever gotten at a salon! It felt super clean when I walked in. If I'm ever back in Jacksonville I will definitely be coming back! Very reasonably priced too!
Very nice ladies, I enjoyed my service and was decently priced
they charged me for acrylic. They didn't tell me they put acrylic on my nails. I wanted a simple polish then she said oh we can take them off of your hands and redo them so I just decided to go ahead and pay for the acrylic now after two days, my nails are already coming off and I spent $45 on this
