This place provides okay services, but their color selection and design capabilities are limited. My biggest issue, however, is, their customer service. I visited the salon today and politely asked how long the wait would be for a pedicure, and the flat response I received was “long time, sorry.” The wait time (had I actually been given one) honestly would not have been an issue as I was in a rush, but the dismissive tone of the woman’s response was rude and unnecessary. Came in and received the best paint job on my toes I've ever gotten at a salon! It felt super clean when I walked in. If I'm ever back in Jacksonville I will definitely be coming back! Very reasonably priced too!

they charged me for acrylic. They didn't tell me they put acrylic on my nails. I wanted a simple polish then she said oh we can take them off of your hands and redo them so I just decided to go ahead and pay for the acrylic now after two days, my nails are already coming off and I spent $45 on this

Went in because I was told by girl friends that they could help with ingrown toenails and it was a weekend when the doctors offices were closed and I gave it shot. They were right! The girl I worked with got it all out with almost no pain and cleaned it all up and got my pampered on with the rest of the pedicure. The lady’s here were fine nice and friendly and had a great time. I will be back.
