Not willing to put his dog up long enough to cut hair for a senior citizen that is deathly afraid of dogs. Compassion only for his animal and not another human.

Used to get my hair cut here all the time, now it’s appointment only which is fine except when you call for one they are rude and never have an appointment within a week.
