A trusted real estate partner over the years. Andy was both our buy side agent when we bought our house 9 years ago and sell side when we moved on this past summer. Andy was a great partner both times. We ended up getting multiple offers, including above ask, on our house sale and also helped us manage through the contract period to closing. Appreciated working with Andy over the years. Although we have moved out of the CLT area, we would gladly work with him again if we ever came back.
