We called them to investigate a hot water issue. They quoted us $400, which I agreed to. When the plumber arrived he said he needs to replace the mixer and it will cost $700. I gave him the go ahead knowing I am overpaying for this service. After finishing the installation, the water was still not hot, he claimed the pipes were originally connected wrong and wanted another $400 to fix them. The crew of Andy Plumbing responded in quick time to a kitchen leak that prevented use of that sink. Their correct analysis was instrumental in identifying the problem and thus an effective repair. In this matter, they explained and showed me the worn out pipes which they replaced and as well, indicated a possible future problem for eventual attention.
