For whatever reason, they were insistent that it was "industry standard" to ONLY do a cylinder change, rather than fill my own tank. I had a brand new tank, which was purposely purchased NEW, and they wanted me to trade it for a tank that was not new, and give me an invoice that states that the tank is their property unless otherwise stated on the paper.
