This is one of the nicest outpatient surgery centers I’ve been to. Very organized, with a short waiting time for the procedure. Most of the staff were wonderful—especially the Dr., OR nurses, anesthesiologist, and post-op team, who were kind and attentive. The only downside was my preop nurse, Jose, who came across as abrupt and unpleasant. Otherwise, an excellent experience overall.
I was treated with respect and the staff was very efficient.
