Total incompetence: Wrong house on proposal. Fired the second guy that came my house. Inflated project cost from $15k to $42k.
Jim was great, personable and flexible. He repaired a wall and ceiling and took care of a number of smaller jobs. I forgot how nice it is for everything to work as it should...thank you!
