I called Andy Nichols and a couple other contractors after discovering my roof ridge vent was damaged over the weekend. AN responded and repaired my roof the same day. Anastacio not only repaired the ridge vents, he resealed chimney stack flashing and repaired a couple other damaged sections. He also repaired a gutter that was sagging. Disappointed with Andy Nichols' roof repair service poor communication and delays throughout. The job was rushed and issues reappeared shortly after completion. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Andy's Roofing installed a new roof and repaired a structural issue with some decking. The structural issue was discovered after the work was started and I was only charged for the materials to repair. Andy's Roofing is the best experience I have had with a home repair contractor in years. They were very professional in all aspects! The work and cost was thoroughly explained!! This company did a very good job. Our main contact was Chris Bradford, senior estimator. He was dependable and very helpful. The crew that removed the old roof and put on the new one were on time and well organized. Their team leader was very good about answering questions and explaining things. They cleaned up the site well and I found nothing damaged. New roof looks great. I highly recommend this company.
