Kathy and all the nail technicians are amazing! They are so patient and accommodating every time and listen to what you want without over charging. I am so grateful have them nearby!
After a very stressful week at work, I decided to finally treat myself — something I rarely do. I came in to get my nails done expecting a calm, relaxing experience. While my nails did come out alright, the entire appointment felt rushed and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It definitely wasn’t the relaxing treat I was hoping for… $45 appt with a $10 tip. Safe to say I won’t be going back here.
Lady in the front- I think her name is Kathy. She is extremely rude. There is a difference between bad customer service and being rude for absolutely no reason. She fits in with both of those. She talks down on her customers. Really not a good look for the business. While she is going off on you, the other workers are just looking around awkwardly. Other workers are very sweet but seems like Kathy is the big boss. Not only is Kathy rude, but she talks bad about the customers in their language. Another customer lost
The lady who does the appointments was very rude to my mom and I because we came yesterday but it was too late they were almost closed. So we made a appointment for today at 4:15 pm. My mom is handicap so we got there at 4:40pm and they said it's too late and they couldn't fit her in just for her pedicure. The lady was super mean and said they could see her today. The thing that got me mad was the way the worker told my mom she couldn't cut her nails all angry. Unprofessional and very bad for their business.
