Ermir Bektesoski in finance was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions. Everybody at Andy Moore VW are very friendly and personable and I would definitely do more business with them in the future.
Dustin was very helpful in helping us choose the right Tiguan for us. He gave us several options to help us choose our next vehicle. He was well informed about the Tiguans options and the operation of it. Very friendly and professional.
All communication was easy thru texting directly to my service agent, no need to go thru the dealership operator. I received an easy to understand diagnostic report via email that I could review at my convenience and make critical repair decisions with my husband’s point of view, he appreciated that.
