This place knows how to s**** someone over. I purchased a 2020 **** Explorer ST from them. Everything seemed good other than a check engine light which they agreed to fix. Doesnt seem bad right? After joined forms and ******** pages about the Explorer I found out that its been tuned. The fixed the check engine which was a purge valve. They will say ANYTHING to get you to buy and they will make promises they won't keep. They will sell you a broken vehicle and try to gaslight you. Just look at their responses here. They clearly don't appreciate their customers. They just trying to get whatever they can getting you. Do not trust anything they tell you. Go anywhere else, literally anywhere but **** ****.

Never buy the toyota electric BZ4X!!! Never buy a car from Andy Mohr Toyota in ******* Please read my experiences before you venture out to buy this car.First the connected services dont work, Toyota **************** does not help and the dealer is arrogant.Dealer thinks its not important and these issues are common and you have to live with it.Second the **** complimentary charging for a year will not work for free. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. bought a tacoma and not even a week later the brakes were making a sound.. I take it back they don't know what it is but Can charge me to replace all the brakes.. After I forked out $5000 for a downpayment. I had an appointment with Andy Mohr Toyota (where I purchased my last two vehicles) on 6/20/23 to have my brakes repaired. My appointment was at 9:15am and the car was finished at 1:17pm. They charged me for 7 hours of labor and I was only there for 4 hours. I phoned and spoke to the person/advisor and was told that it was their charge and that I would not get refunded for the extra 3 hours of labor. Stay away from *****************. I bought my first car ever here. 2021 Camry. Certified pre-owned. Their selling tactics are shady. Theyll include items you dont need like a car paint and interior package and hope you dont notice. I filed a complaint with BBB. They closed my file as answered. My complaint was not answered. I purchased a 2017 *** ******** from a **** dealership. The engine went out. I found out in 2018 *************** sent a notice to ALL *** dealerships there is a product improvement campaign **** under a class action settlement. **** dealership didnt do the product improvement on the 2017 *** ******** until May 2020 and sold me the vehicle in June 2020. I purchased my Camry Hybrid fun 2014. They now refuse to stop calling offering to 'get me into something new'. I can't return business when you interfere with my family time, work day, etc. don't call people. When I want another new vehicle, I know where to look.

I got my car from *******************, been taking my vehicle for maintenance there ever since , I trusted ******************* with my car.
