Very disapointed with the bloomington IN loc. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation only to discover I was charged and the work was not actually done! I did return to the dealership and they made it right, however at this point I had already lost trust in them. So, when I took my vehicle in to another very well credited and trusted facility for repairs and complete brake job I was informed there was a bulletin (kinda like a recall) that would be fixed by the dealership at no charge to me.
