I showed up with a screw punctured tire on a Ford Transit 250. Buffy Crye waited on me. The tire had a warranty from the tire company recoreded at Bill Estes Ford where it was purchased. It turned out that the warranty was not available on the Ford Company data base. To get the warranty covered I ended up having to go to Bill Estes Ford to source the warranty.
