The salesman who helped us look at a few cars today was incredibly rude when we decided not to buy a car we test drove (one of the cars they showed us btw smelt so much of smoke we were coughing, you could see the smoke stains). When we asked him to look and see what other cars they have that we might be interested in, it became apparent he did not want to help us. Never, EVER again will I buy a Buick regardless of how good it looks or the reviews on the market of the vehicle. I switched from Honda which was mistake number 1. If you do not purchase the 4 or 5 thousand dollar maintenance packages offered at the end of the sale Buick could care less about you They sold a car and after that it's all up to you.
