I called July 22nd at 12:01 Pm to schedule an appointment. There was a male on the other side of the phone, that scheduled me an appointment but never submitted it for the next day, today, at 7:30. I called this morning and there was someone with an accent sounding very rude and not helpful. I just told him don’t worry about it and hung up. Bought a used truck. Jeff the manager wasn’t truthful about questions asked in terms of dents, dings, etc. They also made me buy the ziebart package , they said if I didn’t the deal was off. Like some bizarre street deal. Terrible crooked dealership

This needs to be read! ALL Service is HORRIBLE! All I want to do is buy a new truck & I can't get a salesman to call me back.
