My boyfriend drove two hours to see a truck after communicating with an associate about it. Unfortunately, the truck had been taken to another dealership the day before, and even on the day of his visit, they weren’t sure if it would be back in time. This was frustrating, as he planned his entire day around it. On top of that, they offered very little for a valuable trade-in.
