Despite all the negativity with Andy Mohr, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took my INFINITI for a coolant leak back in February. They claimed head gasket failure and quoted me 18.5K. It only turned out to be a leaky throttle body coolant hose. Several months later and the car has had no issues whatsoever.

In early spring my granddaughter bought a used Versa with extended warranty. No problems until about 3 weeks ago said she the AC wasn't as cold as it used to be and then finally just blew hot air. (This was also the period when it was really hot and humid). She continued driving her car to work and then the following Monday I went with her to Andy Mohr Nissan Avon to have her car looked at. Definitely not happy! One they only let you test drive for about a block. But the real issue is we wanted to go through our bank Samuel odugbesan told us that interest with our bank was going to be higher than Huntington bank which was a damn lie, he never checked our bank. He pushed Huntington onto us which this bank sucks! We got a high interest rate and our credit score is in the 800's I don't appreciate being lied too. My backup camera was not working on my 2026 Pathfinder. I had to take it in twice as they were not able to look at it the first day I took it in, but it is now fixed and working wonderfully. Monica was amazing at keeping me informed and working on getting it fixed as quickly as possible. It did take a few days due to having to order the part. thankfully, it is under warranty. yeah!
