He always takes time to answer any questions you have. He is great to explain things. I just think he is the best in his field.
Front the first phone call, to check in, to the visit.....everything exceeded my expectations. I was grateful to finally find a doctor who listened to my concerns and helped me understand what was going on and set up a game plan to fix it. I am so used to medical professionals being overworked and burnt out but this office was amazing and everyone had such a great attitude and smiles on their faces.
The thing that stood out for me about Dr. Vu during my first visit was his kind, sweet personality. He takes the time to first talk about my condition and what my options are. I felt empowered by being included in the process. He was upfront and clear and super understanding. The surgery went very well. He deserves the doctor of the year award. Thank you so much Dr. Vu for getting me into your busy schedule before my insurance was to run out.
Dr. Vu asked me good questions and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. He also respected my viewpoints and didn’t try to talk me into surgery or treatment that I wasn’t fully on board for. His manner was very professional but also kind and encouraging.
Dr. Vu is knowledgeable. He listens to the patient. Takes time to explain any and all questions and answers them. He is friendly and easy to speak to about the personal issues you have.
Dr. Vu was knowledgeable about my condition. However, he didn't prescribe me the contraception that I wanted in addition to helping me with my prolapse. His office offered to make another appointment for further evaluation, but I should have just been seen for both diagnoses in the same visit. He was unprofessional when watching Harry Potter videos and playing Adele songs when I was in the room.
