An eye specialist who doesn't care about your eyes. The ophthalmologist denied my husband any further care to find out the root cause of his eye problems tellng my husband he has patients with much more severe problems than him. Even the primary care doctor asked that the ophthalmologist do further testing but it was refused and my husband is paying patient.
As soon as I walked on the office, the ladies at the front desk was very professional and friendly. I got a chance to then see Pam W. and she had a pleasant smile. I have problems getting my eye pressure taken but not with her. She has a very calming voice and a lot of patience. She's always professional/knowledgeable and gives 120%.

I live in Fort Worth, and I travel to this location for my hardware (frames and lenses). The care and customer service are phenomenal. I’ve had 3 pairs of prescription glasses filled, and all 3 I provided my own frames and there has never been an issue or a problem. I will keep coming back.
I have been going to Total Eye Care in Duncanville for several years to see Dr. Andy Lee. I think the staff are awesome especially Ms. Pam, she’s courteous and professional in whatever way she is assisting. I could give her 5 stars. The reason I can’t give the business 5 stars is because of the way they schedule customers; it’s always crowded and the wait time to see the doctor is absolutely ridiculous; 45 minutes or longer.
