This Place is a Joke!!! Iwas referred to this place by optometrist. I've been working trying to get a cataract removed out of my left eye since September of 2024, at the time and currently I have Baylor Scott & White Marketplace insurance which they accepted at the time. Dr.Lee has treated my eyes for several years!.I am pleased with he and his staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. I just completed Lasik and my vision is corrected! I would recommend the Total Eye Care. Thank you Dr.Lee !
My mother was referred here by her PCP with all of the best intentions of it being the best place for her to go to. However not all good intentions are met sometimes and this was the case for her when all she wanted to fix was her cataracts and vision issue. The issues began with Dr.Lee’s surgery coordinator who was always on the defense and every response out of her came with a sarcastic tone. This place doesn't care at all about your time. I've brought my 82 year old father here for an appointment. We are currently at Two and Twenty minutes beyond his appointment time, for him to see the Doctor. Ridiculous. You know darn well they wouldn't be so kind and patient if you, the patient were 2 & 1/2 Hours late for your appointment. It says Alot about the people here, when they don't value your time in the slightest. I have been going to Total Eye Care for years receiving my yearly eye exam. However, on the last eye exam, Dr Lee wanted me to come back in 3 months. When I went on that appointment I really didn't know why I was going. I found out at that I had cataracts and he was keeping good watch over me (I loved that). Anyway, I got my cataract surgery done both eyes. Most amazing experience ever. I am 65 and I always had to wear glasses. This surgery has changed my life.
