I was calling as a new patient 9/2/26 the person who answered the phone was very rude on the phone. I simply hing up in her rude face. I will take my eyes ( my business) somewhere else. Good grief that is the face of your business if intake is bad, definitely would not want you handling my eyes.

The Drs all seems to support and work as a unit to really give you the best care. I'm paying out of pocket and I feel it's worth every penny so that my husband can get the best care. We finally have some answers we have been searching for- for a long while!

I'm giving them a one star solely because of the scheduling and wait time. Staff and doctor is nice...but the wait is beyond ridiculous at this place. Once you're finally called from checking in to your appnt, you do your testing, and then move to another waiting room, for another extremely long wait, which does not account for the long wait to see the doctor. At my 1st appnt, I asked why was the wait so long? She said it was because of the day, which was a Mon, I believe. She scheduled my next appt for a Tues...and here I a... read more
