I wasn’t confident with the skill set of the service technician. He was too indecisive with his answers. I felt he spent too much time on his equipment, ie., getting them to work, than on the issue. I spoke with an office staffer and they couldn’t assist me with the warranty questions I had. Therefore, it was necessary to take another route. Thank you, John Wayne Thompson
