They keep canceling on the day of or the night before. I was originally schedule for heating maintenance in July and got a call they have to cancel my appointment. So I rescheduled for August because that was the earliest they could do, and they cancelled again. Summer is almost over and I haven't gotten my AC maintenance service as stated in the contract. I asked to cancel my membership and refund the fee, and they refused it because it's non-refundable. They keep asking to reschedule, but what is the point of rescheduling ... read more

In the last three years, they’ve cancelled appointments 6-7 times. Usually at the last second when I’ve taken the day off from work. Extremely disrespectful for customers and their time. *Update* I’ve reported Andy Lewis to the BBB and the North Carolina board of Examimers. My hope is they’ll take away their license.

I would give Andy Lewis HVAC zero stars if I could. We recently purchased a home under 4 years old, and the system clearly isn’t performing right—we have 10 and 12 ft ceilings with only a single return vent located on the upper half-level instead of the main living space. As a result, our feet are freezing and the home feels completely icky and humid.
