First time patient. Staff very welcoming - as though i waz an established patient. Radiologist was quite nice too. Dr. Chang was very thorough. His casual personality makes patients feel that he's easilt approachable. Quickly dispelled my concern of the possibility of arthritis being the culprit behind the reason for my visit.
Dr. Chang was amazing! He helped me solve my shoulder pain with the X-rays and a cortisone shot. I was so relieved not to need surgery. I definitely recommend Dr. Chang to anyone with shoulder pain.
He is cool, know how to listen to the patient. What is more important is that Dr CHANG was professional. By his tact, my finger is now rehabilitated.
My visit with Dr. Chang was Amazing. He answered all my questions. He treated me like I was a person instead of a number, His staff are wonderful, I would Highly recommend him, so peeps if you're looking for a caring and well educated Dr. He is the one...Im so happy having him as my Doctor.
Dr. Chang was patient, thoroughly listened to issues and concerns, and explained both medical terminology and layman's terms, which was appreciated. He has good vibes as well. He provided options I could move forward with based on what fit me best. The practice was clear up front about costs for self-pay. The service and staff were quick and efficient as well. I would recommend to anyone.
