Mr. Koo (who doesn't even deserve to be called a dr.) was the most rude and most arrogant human being I have ever met in my entire life. We asked if he spoke Korean since we were more comfortable with the language. He flat out says no, it's kindergartener level, and then went off and start talking not considering if we understood him or not. His behavior certainly was like a kindergartener.
